USA Youth Men Win Third Straight With 22-4 Win Over Trinidad & Tobago

Lima, Peru - July 3 - The USA Youth Men's National Team ran their record to 3-0 at the UANA Youth Pan American Championship with a 22-4 win over Trinidad & Tobago. Gabriel Discipulo scored four goals to lead the offensive parade with Anthony Rethans and Daniel Roland teaming up for 9 saves. Team USA is off on Tuesday and returns to play on Wednesday against Argentina at 5:15pm et/2:15pm pt. For more information on the tournament, click here. Team USA took charge early with a 7-0 lead after the first quarter and a 10-2 lead at halftime. They kept it up in the second half tacking on 11 more goals en route to the victory. The United States went 2/3 on power plays and 1/1 on penalties while Trinidad & Tobago was 2/6 on power plays and 1/1 on penalty shots.
