    • Saint Mary's College, Notre Dame, Indiana
    • August 1999-present
    • Saint Mary's College is an NCAA Division III Institution, which competes in the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association. Saint Mary's has eight varsity sports. Responsible for the planning and implementation of all aspects of running an NCAA athletic program including but not limited to fundraising, oversee and coordinates all external operations of the department, budget oversight, scheduling, officials, hiring staff, recruiting, compliance, Senior Women's Administrator, monitoring academic achievements, and rules education. Serve as the representative to all constituent groups including students, faculty, administration, staff, alumnae, fans and the media. Taken a program that was at the bottom of the MIAA and no national competition, to winning the MIAA Tennis Championship the past three years and a fourth place finish at the NCAA Championships for our 2003 Golf Team. We also had our first individual NCAA Division III Championship in women's golf this year.

    • Responsibilities include coordinate, schedule, plan and manage all aspects of swimming facility. Hiring and staffing for swimming facility. Advisory oversight of all aquatics programs including men's and women's swimming and diving, men's and women's water polo. Serve as the liaison with architects and AD in regard to planning for the new aquatics facility. Oversee all aspects of recruiting for all aquatics programs. Develop and implement special fundraising plan for women's athletics. Serve as the administrative liaison for female student-athletes and implement in-service training sessions on sexual assault, Bucknell Athlete's Against Drugs and Alcohol (B.A.A.D.) and career networking dinners for student-athletes. Head coach for Division I women's water polo team: responsibilities include all aspects of operating a Division I athletic program. Development and control of the budget, fundraising, recruiting, scheduling and monitoring academic progress.

    • Responsibilities include all aspects for running a Division I athletic program. Supervision and hiring of coaching staff, budget development and control, fundraising, development of "Taper Newsletter" for friends and alumni of Bucknell Swimming, monitoring academic progress, recruiting and scheduling. Men's team had a 41-9 dual meet record in my four years as the head coach and was named to the CSCA Academic All-American team each year. Served as one of the very few women to be named the head coach of any men's Division I athletic program. Women's team had a dual meet record of 177-79 during my tenure as the head coach. Almost every individual and relay team record was re-set during my coaching career. The women's team is one of the most successful women's team at Bucknell and has been named to the CSCA Academic All-American team each semester for the last 10 years.

    • First woman to serve as the head coach of an NCAA men's water polo team. The team had a four-year record of 56-46 in game competition. Named Men's Eastern Coach of the Year in 1987.

  • Four time A.I.A.W. All American Swimmer at Slippery Rock University
  • Eight time US Water Polo Association All American Player
  • Twelve Year member of the US Women's National Water Polo Team (Team Captain 6 years)
  • Competed in 1980, 1984, and 1988 World Aquatic Championships and many FINA World Cup Championships
  • Along with Sue Bow, we were the first women to play on the Women's National Team from outside of California
  • Named to the All World Team during playing tenure on the National Team
  • Two Year Assistant Women's National Team Coach- 1991-1993 (World Aquatic Championships, Perth 1993)
  • Trustee Board member of US Water Polo Foundation which controls and invests the endowment for US Water Polo
  • First Woman inducted into the Collegiate Water Polo Hall of Fame on April 25, 2003
  • First Woman to Coach any NCAA Division I Men's Team Sport (Water Polo at Bucknell University)
  • Named Eastern Men's Water Polo Coach of the Year
  • Played on Merced, California Club Team that won the National Championship in 1976 (Merced team also won summer California State Championship)
