USA Junior Men Rebound With 20-2 Romp Over South Africa

Volos, Greece - August 28 - The USA Men's Junior National Team rebounded from an opening day loss at the FINA Junior World Championships with a 20-2 victory over South Africa. Spencer Hamby, Alex Bowen, and Bret Bonanni led the offense with three goals apiece.
The United States had this one in control from the early stages leading 4-1 after the first quarter and 9-1 at halftime. They continued to pour it on in the third quarter going up 15-2 at the end of the three quarters. Team USA posted five more goals in the final period and came away winners 20-2. They are back in action against Mexico tomorrow in group play action.
