In the fourth the two sides were even scoring three goals apiece and the United States was able to come away winners 10-8.

Devin Grab and Haley Wan led the scoring with three goals apiece and were joined by Morgan Hallock, Makenzie Fischer, Lindsey Kelleher, and Aley Vilches who all scored once. Carlee Kapana went the whole way in net stopping 13 shots. Team USA went 1/2 on power plays and 1/1 on penalty shots.

The USA Men knocked off Colombia behind two goals from Ben Hallock. Jamie Kuprenas, Jordan Colina, Bryce Hoerman, Mario Saito, and Blake Parrish all scored once to bolster the effort. The United States went 2/5 on power plays in the win.

“Before traveling to Puerto Rico this group of individuals had never trained or played together and tonight they finally played like a team for the first time.  Considering the age of these kids this tournament will certainly provide a positive and lasting experience that they will draw on for years to come,” said USA Head Coach Brett Ormsby.
