USA Junior Men Lose a Tough Battle 8-9 to Canada in the Finals of the UANA Junior Pan American Championships

Miami, FL- August 16- The USA Junior Men's National Team lost a tough battle to Canada 8-9 this afternoon. In a thrilling comeback during regular time play, the USA was able to tie forcing an overtime. Two 3-minute quarters were played. Canada scored their 9th goal late in the first quarter, and the USA was unable to match the goal.

 

"As it is disappointing to lose I am very proud of the guys and the way we played and battled from behind.  Our guys were in the right spots and in the right situations, we just need to finish those opportunities," said USA Head Coach Ryan Brown.
