Each event is a sixteen (16) team event. Eleven teams winning their respective Zone Qualification Tournaments and one (1) host team and the top Four (4) placing teams (1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place) from the 2008 Women’s 20 and Under National Championships or Women's National Championships, if the team is eligible.
