Men's College Water Polo Conference Tournaments Set For This Weekend; NCAA Bids Up For Grabs

Nov. 13, 2017 November 13 - The 2017 postseason has arrived in men's college water polo and this weekend six teams will claim their league crowns with all earning automatic berths for the upcoming NCAA Men's Water Polo Championship, set for this December 2-3 in Los Angeles, CA. In 2016 the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) split into two conferences prior to the start of the men's season. The Northeast Water Polo Conference and Mid-Atlantic Water Polo Conference champions will both receive automatic bids. In addition the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation (MPSF), Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) and Western Water Polo Association (WWPA) will also see their champions earn automatic bids. For the first time the Golden Coast Conference (GCC) with will receive an automatic bid in men's water polo. 

Come the end of the weekend, six berths to the NCAA Championship will be confirmed with two at-large bids to follow. For complete conference championship information, visit the links below which include match schedules, venue information, and live streaming details where applicable.
