Women's Senior Nationals Replaces US Open Of Water Polo; Set For This Weekend In Orange County

Huntington Beach, CA - July 9 - The event may have changed but the goal remains the same for the New York Athletic Club, repeat as champions. The 2017 winners lead a field of 18 teams into action. The USA Water Polo Women's Senior Nationals is set for this Friday through Sunday in Orange County. Formerly known as the US Open of Water Polo, the event is now an invite only competition bringing together many of the top college teams and club squads in the country. El Toro High School and JSerra High School will play host to the action starting Friday morning. The championship is set for 1pm on Sunday at El Toro High School with live stats available for all matches at TheFOSH.net. For a complete event schedule, click here. The New York Athletic Club will field an 'A' and 'B' squad and be joined in the competition by Stanford, Cal, SOCAL 'A' & 'B', S & S Bruin, Sun Devil, Santa Barbara Premier, Sunset, Davis, Michigan, Santa Barbara 805, Bulldog, Red Fox, Rose Bowl, Santa Clara and USA Youth.
