Programs for Athletes and Coaches Education (PACE)
P.A.C.E. (Programs for Athletes and Coaches Education) is an integral part of our commitment to the development of water polo. Established in 2001, the P.A.C.E. program is managed by the national teams programs office and offers a variety of educational opportunities including videos, clinics, camps and coaches conferences.
USA Water Polo National Teams have recently expanded their P.A.C.E. Programs to include Private P.A.C.E. clinics for female athletes and academies for male athletes. P.A.C.E. offers coaches and athletes a chance to "learn from the best", while closely interacting with the men's and women's head coaches as well as their staff and national team athletes. PRIVATE P.A.C.E.
Private P.A.C.E. is an unique educational opportunity for age group, high school and university clubs and teams. The goal of Private P.A.C.E. is to have a immediate impact on a club’s/team’s level of play and organization. It is our objective to work with the club/team and design a customized clinic that will teach the USA system and in return set the framework for the club’s/team’s future. It will offer an opportunity for coaches and athletes to closely interact with Guy Baker and his National Team staff and their successful system.
