Women's Junior National Team (born in 1991 and 1992)

Aproximately
42 athletes (a minimum of 2 athletes from each zone/area) were selected to join the 2008 Junior National Team Training Squad at the ODP Zone Championships held on Memorial Day Weekend. After winning the Junior World Championships in January 2005, the WJNT further extended USA women's water polo history of international excellence. Many of these Gold medal athletes are now on the Senior National Team. Once selected to the national team, WJNT members will begin training to prepare for top international events, friendly international competition and the Junior World Championships.
